comfortable bed perfect location
The room had L'Occitaine toiletries. The king bed was very comfortable. The location is near shopping and fine dining. I did not need my car after checking in until departure. The lobby restrooms were very clean too.
I could clearly hear what was going on in the next room. The sound proofing is not sufficient.

the doorman was helpful. the lobby was bright and beautiful. there was also a little convenience store with snacks WHICH was helpful.
the receptionist was robotic. their clarity was not great. it seemed like many staff members were doing very little.

misleading description expensive parking
The location was convenient. It was easy to walk to nearby restaurants.
The room description mentioned a bathtub, but my room ONLY had a shower. This was frustrating. Parking cost an excessive $50 per night, I've NEVER paid SO much. There weren't even cups available in the room to get a drink of water.

the hotel's location was great for exploring. the room was super clean and cozy. the staff at the front desk were helpful with directions.
the check-in process was slow. there was noise from the street at night. the gym was a bit small and crowded (i would have appreciated more space).
