a few issues during stay
good locationworn out bedfaulty plugs
the location was good. it was close to many attractions.
i was disappointed with my room. the night stand plugs did not work, so it was difficult to charge my devices. the beds felt worn out, i kept sinking into the middle of it (it was the softest part).

The room had L'Occitaine toiletries. The king bed was very comfortable. The location is near shopping and fine dining. I did not need my car after checking in until departure. The lobby restrooms were very clean too.
I could clearly hear what was going on in the next room. The sound proofing is not sufficient.

The location was convenient. It was easy to walk to nearby restaurants.
The room description mentioned a bathtub, but my room ONLY had a shower. This was frustrating. Parking cost an excessive $50 per night, I've NEVER paid SO much. There weren't even cups available in the room to get a drink of water.

the hotel's location was great for exploring. the room was super clean and cozy. the staff at the front desk were helpful with directions.
